Freight & Handling Policies
. *FREE SAME DAY SHIPPING is Pre-Paid 2-5 Business Day ground delivery on most items ordered by 4:00 pm EST (except as noted below) in the continental USA.
. Additional delivery days may apply to some items, such as hazardous items, oversize items, truck freight items, select zip codes, and remote delivery areas.
. All items designated "Truck Freight" will be invoiced an additional $99, $109, $149, $179, $199 or $209 depending upon weight. This price includes to-your-door delivery to your chosen destination.
. A $15.00 handling fee will be added to any shopAVFUEL.com orders totaling less than $50.00.
International Orders
. Submit your order requests to customerservice@shopAVFUEL.com or call 1.734.663.6466 between 8am and 5pm EST Monday through Friday for assistance.
. A $50.00 handling fee will be added to overseas shipments, in addition to our normal handling charges.
. Canadian orders are subject to Shipping, Brokerage, and GST fees.
Due to certain freight carriers' specifications, some parts are subject to:
. Oversize Charge of $10.00 (Items classified as oversize 3 have an additional charge of $65.00)
. Non-Box Charge of $10.00
. Hazardous materials must be shipped by ground at an additional $25.00 per item, in addition to our normal handling charges.
Priority Next Day & 2-Day Air Shipping
Next-Day Delivery (next business day after noon in most areas) Available in the continental USA at $25.00 per 20lbs. (dimensional weight), up to 80lbs. total, in addition to our normal handling charges. Place your order before 4:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, and your order will be shipped that day.
2-Day Delivery Available in the continental USA at only $15.00 per 20lbs. (dimensional weight), up to 80lbs. total, in addition to our normal handling charges. Place your order before 4:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, and your order will be shipped that day.
Saturday Delivery (most areas) Available on phone orders only that are placed between 4:00 pm EST Thursday and 4:00 pm EST Friday in the continental USA. An additional $17.00 per package charge will be added to our normal Next-Day delivery charges.

Avfuel Direct Account Billing (for aviation fuel customers with established accounts)
Avfuel customers will be billed directly against their account. A unique purchase order number must be provided for each order request. Requests from customers with Avfuel Direct Account Billing to make online shopAVFUEL.com purchases must be authorized by a manager with purchasing authority and administered in accordance to their purchasing guidelines.
Credit Card
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express from non Avfuel fuel customers only. Make sure to enter your complete account number and expiration date. For your protection, we security check all credit card orders.
Money Order, Wire Transfer, Certified Check
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of your payment. Please do not send cash. (Orders must be called in directly to shopAVFUEL.com)
Warranties/Damage
Inspect your shipment upon arrival! Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier. Please do not accept any shipments that are damaged beyond use. For shipments with minor external damage, open the shipping container(s) and inspect goods. If necessary, refuse the shipment. If either of these things occurs, describe all damages in writing on the carrier's paperwork prior to signing. If you discover that the merchandise is damaged after you have accepted the delivery, contact shopAVFUEL.com immediately for further assistance.
Backorder Policy
Even with our large inventory, backorders can occur. If this happens, we make every effort to cross-reference the part to a comparable manufacturer's line. If that is not an option, and you must wait for a part, we will not invoice you until that part is shipped to you. If the backordered item happens to be part of a larger order that has already been shipped to you, we'll pay the handling on that backordered part. Errors in typographical content, pricing and photography are subject to correction and may change without notice.
Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, just return the item within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
The following steps will ensure a smooth return:
1. Find the original shipper from your order and call the Avfuel Parts department at 1-877-283-8351. Request a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA), write the RGA on the shipper.
2. Re-pack the items securely with the original packaging and enclose a copy of the shipper with the RGA.
3. Ship prepaid and INSURED via USPS w/ Delivery Confirmation, FedEx Ground or UPS.
Note: No COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted. Credit will be issued for merchandise only - no refunds on handling/shipping charges.
